⏳ How to Cancel an Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can easily cancel it by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Meeky Cart account.
2. Go to “My Account” and click on “Order History.”
3. Find the order you wish to cancel.
4. If the “Cancel” option is available, click “Cancel Order” next to the item(s) you want to cancel.
5. Confirm your cancellation request, and you’ll receive a notification once the cancellation is processed.

If the “Cancel Order” button is not available, it may be too late to cancel the order, as it has already been processed or shipped.

🚚 Order Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you can return the items once they have been delivered. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more information on how to return products and receive a refund.

⚠️ Important Conditions for Order Cancellation

Please note the following conditions when it comes to canceling orders:

• Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Orders that are in the “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery” status cannot be canceled through your account.
