🔑 Help with Password
If you’re having trouble with your password, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered with the following options to help you reset or change your password:
💡 Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in, follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the login page on Meeky Cart.
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link located below the login fields.
- Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
- Click “Submit.” You’ll receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you don’t see the password reset email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
🔒 Changing Your Password
If you remember your current password but would like to change it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Meeky Cart account.
- Go to the “My Account” section and select “Change Password.”
- Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password.
- Click “Save Changes” to update your password.
🔑 Password Requirements
For security reasons, your new password should meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 8 characters long.
- Contain at least one uppercase letter.
- Contain at least one lowercase letter.
- Contain at least one number or special character (e.g., !, @, #, etc.).
Make sure your password is strong and unique to protect your account from unauthorized access.
⚠️ Locked Out of Your Account?
If you’ve entered your password incorrectly too many times, your account may be temporarily locked. To regain access:
- Wait for 30 minutes before trying to log in again.
- If you’re still unable to access your account, reset your password using the steps above.
