How do I cancel an order?

❌ How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel an order, we recommend acting quickly. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you catch the order before it ships, we can cancel it for you. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

🕒 Cancelling Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily cancel it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Meeky Cart account and go to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button (if available).
  3. Confirm your cancellation request, and you will receive an email confirmation.

If the option to cancel the order is not available, it means the order has already been processed for shipment. In this case, you can still return the item once you receive it (within the applicable return window).

🚚 Cancelling After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you can follow the return process once the item arrives. Please note that returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your item. See our Return Policy for more details.
