If your item is damaged, please report it within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how:

Log in to your Meeky Cart account and go to the “My Orders” section.
Select the order with the damaged item and click on the “Report a Problem” or “Request Return” option.
In the form, select “Damaged Item” as the issue and provide a brief description of the damage.
Upload clear pictures of the damaged item and its packaging to help us understand the issue.
Submit the report and our team will get in touch with you to guide you through the next steps.

🚚 Return Process for Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can return the damaged item for a full refund or a replacement (based on your preference). Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will:

Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping costs if applicable.
Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will send you a new item as soon as possible, without additional shipping charges.

💳 Refund for Damaged Items

Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the return is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and this may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

📦 Keep the Packaging

It’s important to keep the damaged item along with its original packaging until the return process is complete. Sometimes, the carrier may need to inspect the packaging to determine the cause of the damage.
