License Agreement – Meeky Cart

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Meeky Store International Ltd (UK) and Meeky Store International LLC (USA) (collectively referred to as “Meeky Cart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any user (“you,” “your,” or “Licensee”) accessing or using our website www.meekycart.com and related services.

By using our website, software, or any licensed content provided by Meeky Cart, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Termination by Meeky Cart

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if:

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Termination by User

You may stop using Meeky Cart’s services at any time, but termination does not release you from any obligations incurred before termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use Meeky Cart’s services and content immediately ends.
• You must delete any downloaded or stored Licensed Materials.
• Meeky Cart may retain some of your data for legal or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
