At Meeky Cart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You have 60 days from the date of purchase of your product to return the product that is eligible for a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it (unopened, if applicable, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, brand seal, and Meeky Cart security seal, etc.).
• The returned product should be the same original item received.
• The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• The product is not part of the non-eligible categories below.

If you have received a defective item, this item is eligible for a full refund or exchange after the verification process. Any claims after the return period will be treated as a warranty claim.

Refund Duration

Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process, which includes returns from Marketplace Sellers, may take up to two weeks for us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.

How to Initiate a Return

For items bought from Meeky Cart shop:

Bring the item to any Meeky Cart shop with the original tax invoice received by the customer on his/her registered email ID/Phone Number. Head to the Customer Service or Returns desk within the store and inform the staff that you would like to process a return.

For items bought from www.meekycart.com (Meeky Cart Items):

For items bought from www.meekycart.com (Marketplace Items):

Email your order details to [email protected], and our customer support team will reach out to provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Open Units – Open Box Units sold on Meeky Cart

Open Box units come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. However, returns are only accepted within 30 days and must be made at the website. Defective units can be returned for a Meeky Cart card or refund in the original payment method. Please read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if packaging is opened, or the item is used:

• Accessories
• Personal Care
• Hygiene Products
• Perfumes
• Cosmetics
• Apparel
• Stationary
• Online Activation Cards
• Activated Devices

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized order products (e.g., assembled/tailormade furniture)
• Cut cables or wires

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after completing the return process.

Restocking Fee

For opened or used products, a minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applied to cover handling and restocking costs.

Important

If customers are discovered to abuse the return policy, engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing placed orders, Meeky Cart retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate the relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
