2. Billing & Payment
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and other approved methods. All transactions are securely processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
2.2 Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled.
- Your selected payment method will be charged on the renewal date.

2.3 Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again.
- If the issue is not resolved, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded.
3. Free Trials & Promotions

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 How to Cancel

4.2 Refunds

- Partial refunds are not available for mid-cycle cancellations.
- We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription after renewal.
5. Subscription Modifications
5.1 Upgrading or Downgrading
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through your account settings.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference may be charged.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
5.2 Price & Feature Changes
- Meeky Cart reserves the right to modify pricing and features of any subscription.
- We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
- Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Account Restrictions & Termination
6.1 Account Violations
Meeky Cart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if:
- A user violates our Terms of Use or Marketplace Policies.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- A user misuses subscription benefits (e.g., reselling promotional access).
6.2 Termination by Meeky Cart
- If Meeky Cart discontinues a subscription plan, users will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period.
- We may also terminate subscriptions without refund for users who violate policies.
