Shipping time is usually displayed on every product page or on  product description. You can refer to our shipping policy

Tracking link is displayed on website header which you can use to track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive updates via email or sms or whatsapp or telegram depending on your country.

Sales tax is charged depending on your country of shipping. If your country is on our list of registered countries, tax will appear on checkout page and if not, we are not required to charge it.

We ship worldwide and if the product can not be shipped to your country, it will be automatically cancelled from your cart.

If your order is shipped from one or closer warehouses or suppliers, we will consolidate shipping parcel to make it one.

If you receive a wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order number.

We have provided livechat, phone number and support page. 

Yes you can pre-order and we will ship it to you as soon as it is available in stock. If we are no longer able to fulfill the order, we will cancel the order and refund your money.
