Welcome to the Meeky Cart, service provided by Meeky Cart International Ltd. In using the Meeky Cart service of Meeky Cart International Ltd you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
All products/services and information displayed on Meeky Cart constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Meeky Cart reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of Meeky Cart prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.
Membership Eligibility
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” as per local Contract Acts are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below that of 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption the sale or purchase of which to/by minors are strictly prohibited.
Meeky Cart reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if Meeky Cart discovers that you are under the age of 18 years. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Meeky Cart for any reason whatsoever. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement. Those who choose to access this Site from outside Sheffield are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Meeky Cart will deliver the products only within its jurisdiction and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside its jurisdiction.
Except where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the services of Meeky Cart you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Account and Registration Obligations
“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any email feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password. Meeky Cart shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. If Meeky Cart has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Meeky Cart Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to Meeky Cart.
You also agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Meeky Cart’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”)
- Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
- If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Meeky Cart has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, Meeky Cart has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
Pricing Information
While Meeky Cart strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Meeky Cart cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Meeky Cart shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, Meeky Cart may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Meeky Cart will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Meeky Cart accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Meeky Cart dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on Meeky Cart as well as in all our stores under Meeky Store International LLC. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery
It takes 3-20 business days to deliver your order within UK. In case of items such as refrigerators, televisions of size 50” and above, washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days. Express Delivery is a faster delivery system for customers who need their orders sooner than regular delivery time. Generally, orders placed online take 2 – 10 working days to deliver. With Express Delivery, customers get their order in less than 24 hrs if ordered within city limits of London. Express Delivery is available on select products from top categories only. An “Express Delivery” badge will appear on the website on all such products for which customers can avail this service. Customers can also filter such products from the filter available on the website. Express Delivery is absolutely free for Meeky Cart Members.
Cancellation by Meeky Cart
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
Quality Check
In order to ensure top quality customer experience, we do a quality check on orders dispatched at our end. If we find any fault in the product(s) in your order, we reserve the rights to cancel the order partially or fully. On such cases, we shall notify you about the same.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Meeky Cart has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Meeky Cart and accept Meeky Cart’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations by Seller
In case the seller is unable to fulfil the order due to stock unavailability, Meeky Cart Customer Care will connect with the customer & assist with alternatives.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Meeky Cart will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Meeky Cart. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by Meeky Cart with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Meeky Cart will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
Meeky Cart reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Meeky Cart reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Transactional Restrictions
The website will not allow orders to be placed if any of the below events occur. Customers can claim a refund in such cases where money is deducted from their account. However, the order will not be fulfilled under any circumstances.

- Multiple transactions within a day (Max 5 allowed)
- Unauthorized use of any credit/debit card.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Meeky Cart for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
That you will use the services provided by Meeky Cart, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Meeky Cart reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Meeky Cart has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of Meeky Cart and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
- Weight and dimensions of package.
- Method of shipment such as Ground, Air, Ship, Rail etc.
- The location you are shipping from (city, state, country).
- The location you are shipping to (also called the destination country).
Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations. Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. An “extended area surcharge” may apply to buyers depending on their international locations.

Cash on Delivery
General Terms:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable as a payment method for limited products sold by Meeky Cart and some selected sellers.
- In addition to any shipping charges, customers shall be required to pay a non-refundable convenience charge of USD10 for the cash-on-delivery payment method.
- There is a maximum limit of USD5000 when ordering with the COD payment method.
- After choosing Cash on Delivery as your delivery method, the customer will receive an SMS/IVR call to confirm the delivery. The order will be on hold for the next 6 hours until the customer confirms the order. Thereafter, the system will automatically cancel the non-confirmed orders and send the communication to the customer.
- Our designated courier partner shall contact the customer and give a scheduled range of time on the delivery day they will be able to deliver the order and collect the payment.
- If the order is undeliverable (where the courier partner has made reasonable attempts to deliver, but it is either refused or no delivery can be made), the courier will cancel the order & return the order to Meeky Cart. Customer is only allowed to reschedule once of up to a maximum of two (2) business days only.
- The Customer shall pay the exact order amount when it is delivered. The courier will not accept any other mode of payment like (non-cash) except cash during the delivery of the product.
- All eligible refunds will be processed through the online Meeky Cart gift card to the customer account. The gift card can be used for any online purchases.
- The Customer should check the product condition for any tampering before accepting the order. However, customers are not allowed to open the order until payment has been handed over to the courier partner.
- After payment has been handed over to the courier and the order has been handed over to the customer, the delivery process is completed and successful. If you find any issue with your order please email us at [email protected] or visit the nearest Meeky Cart store for assistance.
Return & Exchange
All returns are in accordance with the Meeky Cart Return & Exchange Policy Version 2.0.
- All orders purchased from Online, shall be applicable for returns only through courier pickup & shall not be accepted at the store.
- For Exchange or Return the customer should e-mail us at [email protected] or visit the Meeky Cart store for assistance.
- Any returned product must be in the same condition as received & with the original box and/or packaging intact.
- It takes 7 to 14 business days for the Credit/Debit card refund.
- For delivered products, wherever the return condition is met as per Meeky Cart return policy and post-inspection, Meeky Cart will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the shipping fees) in the mode of an online Meeky Cart gift card within 24 hours.
- In case the product received by the customer is damaged, defective, or not as per the product specification, Meeky Cart will inspect the returned product & only if the product qualifies the return as per the return & exchange policy. Meeky Cart will refund the product amount along with any shipping fees incurred in the mode of Meeky Cart’s online gift card within 24 hours.
- For all cancelled orders, and products that are shipped but not delivered, the customer will receive a full refund as Meeky Cart online gift card within 24 hours.
- Meeky Cart reserves the right to collect a convenience fee for all return pickups and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted, of the number of orders placed through such accounts.

- Your order will be reserved for 7 days after which the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
To pickup your order, please bring the following documents to the store:
- Order ID
- Original ID or Passport with Visa matching the name mentioned on the order.
- Credit Card used to place order.
NOTE:
- The order will not be handed over without these documents.
- You will be informed on your registered email ID once your order is available at the store pickup location of your choice.
Insurance
You should always insure international shipments if the carrier does not provide automatic coverage. Check with the carrier for insurance regulations for each country, they may vary.
Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service
Meeky Cart may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Meeky Cart. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on Meeky Cart. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of New Mexico, USA. The Courts at New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Meeky Cart and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The arbitration shall be held in New Mexico. The laws of the USA shall be applicable in such aspects.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Meeky Cart on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the “Comments”) shall be and remain Meeky Cart property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Meeky Cart of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Meeky Cart owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments.
Meeky Cart will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Meeky Cart is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
Termination
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Meeky Cart. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Meeky Cart may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, Such termination will be without any liability to Meeky Cart. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Meeky Cart, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Meeky Cart’s right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination shall not affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

Disclaimer
Meeky Cart holds the rights to cancel any order in any of the below cases:
- Fraudulent Transactions: Meeky Cart holds the rights to cancel orders made with fraudulent email ID, payment method and all kinds of bulk purchases. For placing bulk orders, customers are requested to route through Here.
- Wrong Image: Images are meant for illustrative purposes only. Customer buys a product where the image was wrongly advertised.
- Wrong Price: Prices are updated in bulk. If a wrong price is advertised on the website.
- Wrong Description: Mistakes may occur while capturing information from the internet. Certain products may have different features in different regions. Customer buys a product which may not have a feature which is advertised.

Entire Agreement
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Meeky Cart with respect to the Meeky Cart sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Meeky Cart with respect to the Meeky Cart sites/services. Meeky Cart’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Orders held/delayed
Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect. Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.

If the customer is using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in the USA, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited.

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS / RE-SELLERS – Products which are “Sold by” others on Meeky Cart Website
Along with the other terms and conditions, these additional terms are applicable in case you have bought any products not manufactured/traded by Meeky Cart. You understand and agree that there may be certain products, which will be sold on the Site by third party vendors (“Vendors and/or re-sellers”). Meeky Cart may not be able to control the transactions or the acts and omissions of the Vendors/re-sellers in such transactions. When you buy such products from Vendors/re-sellers on the Site the following additional terms and conditions will become applicable:
- Meeky Cart is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between you and the Vendor/re-seller.
- Meeky Cart does not guarantee that the Vendors/re-sellers will perform any transaction concluded on the Site.
- Meeky Cart does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability etc.) of the items or services proposed to be sold on the Site by the Vendor/re-seller.
- Meeky Cart accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
- You release and indemnify Meeky Cart and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Vendors/re-sellers on the Site.
- Meeky Cart cannot control the information provided by other Vendors/re-sellers, which is made available on the Site. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using the Site.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEAD/FAULTY
If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a product defect or not functioning as it is supposed to – then you can still return it. You may walk-in to any Meeky Cart Store along with the invoice and hand over the product at the Customer service desk. We will then handover the product to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and see if it is genuine. Upon their confirmation we will process the refund of the money back to your credit card.
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S)
If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to (30) days to do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.
AFTER 30 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEM(S)
If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, please note that some individual sellers do not accept a product back after the three (7) days have passed, although we can contact the seller on your behalf to try and arrange such a return. However, that is dependent on their acceptance and policies.
REFUND
If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised. If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping fees will be retained by Meeky Cart, and we will just refund the amount paid for the item(s).
GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY IS OFFERED ON ITEMS SOLD by other sellers
There are different types of sellers on Meeky Cart, and hence different warranty offers. Based on the product type, warranty may be limited to no warranty, limited warranty, or default (1) year warranty. Meeky Cart is not responsible for those items. However, as a buyer, you have several recourses for any complaints regarding individual sellers.
“Activation Mandatory” on select products
Should a customer choose not to unbox or verify the delivered product(s) in the presence of the affiliated courier partner, they will assume sole responsibility for issues such as product damage or discrepancies. In such cases, the customer agrees not to hold Meeky Cart or the affiliated courier partner accountable for any related concerns. Nevertheless, if the product remains unused, in its original unbroken packaging with both the brand seal and Meeky Cart security seal intact, and includes all tags, it will qualify for a refund in accordance with Meeky Cart’s refund policy.
DISCLAIMER
Meeky Cart holds the rights to cancel any order in the following cases:
- Fraudulent Transactions: Orders made with fraudulent email ID, payment method, or bulk purchases may be canceled.
- Wrong Image: Images are for illustrative purposes only. If a customer buys a product with the wrong image, the order may be canceled.
- Wrong Price: Prices are updated in bulk. A wrong price may lead to cancellation.
- Wrong Description: Mistakes may occur while capturing information. The customer buys a product that may not have a feature as advertised, which could lead to cancellation.
If the order is dispatched and delivered, Meeky Cart will collect the item back and process a full refund. However, if the item is opened based on the condition of the package, a resale cost of 25% may be deducted from the selling price.
MC Help Repairs & Recovery
All equipment/s are received, kept, repaired, and operated at Owner’s consent. Warranty covers only Manufacturer’s defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, tampering, or virus infection.
- Quotation rejection charges will apply.
- Out of warranty deliveries will require payment.
- Units should be collected within 60 days after notification, or Meeky Cart reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed units.
- Service, delivery, installation charges, and quote rejection charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid by the customer.
- Software once sold will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Once a diagnosis or repair is performed, changes cannot be returned to their original state.
The receipt should be produced at the time of item collection. By submitting your device, you authorize Meeky Cart technicians to work on it. Meeky Cart is not responsible for any data loss that occurs as a result of work done on the device.
