Global Refund & Return Policy

At MeekyCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a global platform utilizing a dropshipping fulfillment model, we have established a fair, transparent, and comprehensive return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our supplier network.

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a strict 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item (as verified by courier tracking delivery confirmation) to request a return or a refund.

If 30 days have gone by since the tracking shows your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and completely unaltered.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, manuals, accessories, and protective seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase from meekycart.com.

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, several types of goods are strictly exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (including underwear, swimwear, and certain cosmetics).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Downloadable software products, gift cards, and digital items.
  • Custom-made or highly personalized items.

3. The Return Process

Because items are shipped directly from our global suppliers, do NOT send your purchase back to the return address listed on your package without contacting us first. The address on the package is often a regional transit hub, not the supplier's warehouse, and packages sent there will be lost.

To start a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, a detailed explanation of why you are returning the item, and high-quality photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct international return shipping address and detailed instructions.
  3. You must securely package the item and ship it to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once you have shipped the item, you must reply to our email with the return tracking number.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect product.

Because we use international suppliers, return shipping costs to locations such as Asia or Europe can be expensive. We strongly advise reviewing product sizing charts and descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid return shipping fees. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we or our suppliers will receive your returned item, and refunds are only processed upon confirmed receipt of the item at the supplier's warehouse.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Buyer Protection)

We proudly offer Buyer Protection for items that arrive in an unacceptable condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item completely, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.

To claim Buyer Protection, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear, well-lit photos or a short video clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package.

In many cases of severe damage or incorrect low-cost items, we may process a full refund or send a replacement without requiring you to ship the defective item back.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders extremely quickly to ensure fast delivery.You may only cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.After 12 hours, the order is locked into our suppliers' automated fulfillment systems and cannot be intercepted or canceled. If you miss the cancellation window, you must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard return process.

7. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, PesePay).

Late or Missing Refunds

Please note that while we process refunds instantly on our end, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds. This usually takes between 3 to 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. "Package Not Received" Claims

If tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail). MeekyCart is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your porch or mailbox after confirmed delivery.

If a package is lost in transit and the tracking has not updated for over 60 days, we will declare the package lost and issue a full refund or a free replacement.
