Welcome to MeekyCart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Meeky Store International Ltd (UK) and MEEKY STORE (PTY) LTD (South Africa) ("MeekyCart", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the meekycart.com website (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. 2. Our Role as a Platform

MeekyCart operates as an international online retail platform utilizing a dropshipping supply chain model. This means that while we manage the storefront, curate the product selection, and handle customer service, the physical manufacturing, inventory holding, and initial shipping of products are often handled by third-party suppliers and vendors located globally.

By purchasing through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that your products will be shipped directly from these third-party facilities. You also acknowledge that shipping times, packaging, and origins will vary accordingly.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

4. User Representations & Accounts

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

6. Purchases, Payment, and Billing

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, PayPal, and regional gateways like PesePay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Sales tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs duties may be applied to the price of purchases as deemed required by us or by your local government. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local tariffs applied to your package upon entering your country.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Because we use a dropshipping model, we explicitly disclaim liability for manufacturing defects, product safety failures, or physical harm caused by products manufactured by third-party suppliers. Any claims regarding product liability must be directed to the original manufacturer.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom and the laws of South Africa. Meeky Store International Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom (for European/North American disputes) or South Africa (for African/Asian disputes) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
