Welcome to the MeekyCart Shipping Policy. Please read this document carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Our Global Dropshipping Model

MeekyCart operates as a premier global dropshipping platform. To provide you with a massive catalog of high-quality products at the most competitive prices, we do not hold physical inventory in a single centralized warehouse. Instead, we have partnered with a vast network of vetted third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans located across the globe (including Asia, Europe, and the Americas).

When you place an order on MeekyCart, your items are shipped directly from our suppliers' facilities to your doorstep. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to pass significant cost savings onto you, but it also means that shipping times and methods will vary depending on the supplier's location and your delivery address.

2. Global Delivery & Target Markets

We proudly ship to all countries around the world. Our logistics network is optimized to ensure that no matter where you live, you can enjoy products from MeekyCart.

While we serve a truly global customer base, our primary and fastest shipping routes are established for our biggest markets:

  • Tier 1 (First World Markets): United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Western Europe (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain).
  • Tier 2 (Emerging & Regional Markets): South Africa, Eastern Europe, South America, and parts of Asia.
  • Tier 3 (Rest of the World): All other international destinations.

Shipping to Tier 1 markets generally benefits from premium logistics routes (like ePacket or specialized priority airmail), resulting in faster delivery times. Deliveries to Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries are fully supported but may rely on standard international postal services, which can take slightly longer.

3. Order Processing Times

Order processing is the time it takes for our suppliers to prepare your item for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
  • Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major international holidays.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a secondary email containing your tracking number once the supplier has handed your package over to the courier.

4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination country. Because items ship from various global locations, delivery times can fluctuate. Below are the estimated delivery windows after the order has been processed:

5. Multiple Packages for a Single Order

If you order multiple different products in a single transaction, they may be manufactured or housed by different suppliers in our network. To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, we do not wait to consolidate your order. Instead, each supplier will ship their respective item immediately.

Therefore, it is completely normal to receive your order in multiple, separate packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

6. Shipment Tracking

Transparency is important to us. Almost all of our shipments come with full tracking capabilities.

  • Once your order ships, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • It can take up to 3 to 5 days for the tracking data to synchronize and update on the courier's website after the package is handed over.
  • If your tracking number shows no updates for an extended period, please be patient, as international packages often sit in customs clearance holding areas before scanning into your local country's postal network.

7. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Because we ship internationally from global suppliers, your package will cross international borders.MeekyCart is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, and handling fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary wildly from country to country. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding import limits and tax brackets before placing a large order.

Important Notice for Unclaimed Packages: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to the supplier or destroyed by customs, MeekyCart will not issue a refund for the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

MeekyCart is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are subsequently lost or stolen from your property. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact your local post office or the delivery courier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.

If a package is lost in transit and fails to arrive after 60 days from the date of shipment, please contact our support team, and we will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund under our buyer protection guarantee.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate. We process orders quickly, and once a package has been dispatched from the supplier, we cannot intercept it or change the destination address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
